Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you via email to notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates (Canada & USA):

  • Orders under $400: Flat rate shipping of $20.00

  • Orders $400 and over: Free Shipping

Note: Hawaii and Alaska addresses include an additional $20.00 shipping fee, regardless of order total.

Additional Information:

  • All orders include tracking numbers once shipped.

  • Custom alterations require an additional 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Large or oversized orders (over 3 kg) may be subject to additional shipping fees. If your order exceeds this weight, please contact us for a custom quote.

Backorder Policy 
We will immediately inform you of any back-ordered product, provide you with an estimated ship date, and endeavour to ship your product to you at the earliest possible date. We will inform you via email when your product has been shipped. 

Tracking:
All shipments have tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. 

Duty:
All items are manufactured in Canada and are exempt from duty when shipped to the USA. Large orders over $800.00 USD may be subject to additional taxes or tarrifs. Please contact our team for additional information.
