Refund policy

If your gear isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it for a full refund or exchange — with no restocking fee. Items should be in original, resaleable condition; email hello@raingearpro.com or call us to start a return.

Custom alterations: We can't accept returns on products with custom alterations. If you'd like alterations, contact us by phone or email before ordering and we'll confirm the details of your request.

Manufacturing defects: We stand behind our workmanship. If a genuine manufacturing defect ever appears — a defect in materials or workmanship, not damage from improper cleaning, use, or normal wear and tear — get in touch and we'll repair or replace it and ship it back to you at our expense. If an item is assessed and found not to be a manufacturing defect, it's returned to you at your expense.
