Refund policy

We offer a complete 90-day warrantee against any manufacturer defects* in material and workmanship. This provides the piece of mind that when you receive your raingearpro.com product, it will give you the years of satisfaction that you would expect from a top quality, Canadian made product.

Custom Alterations: Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have custom alterations. To ensure the alterations meet your needs, we encourage you to contact us via phone or email before placing your order. We're happy to assist in confirming the details of your custom request.

We will repair or replace the product and return it immediately to the address you provide via prepaid UPS.

*Note- A manufacturers defect is considered a defect that has occurred during the manufacturing of the product and does not include damage to the product as a result of improper cleaning, usage and general wear and tear. If the product is deemed by the manufacturer to not be a manufacturers defect, then the damaged product will be shipped back to the sender at their expense via Canada Post.
